It also contains live benchmarks for every one of your clients (against their regional. segment peers) - giving you live, up to date insights that can be the beginning of your next, opportunity-led client call.

How do I use this dashboard?

This interactive dashboard is designed to help you explore the data on your own: digging deep into specific questions and areas that interest you most.

Here are some quick tips on using the dashboard:

#1 Pick your client: the whole dashboard is designed to benchmark each individual client against their market/regional peers. This means that you need to select your email address and your client's reference number from the 1st tab before you proceed to the other sheets.

#2: Choose your question: The dashboard is separated into a series of tabs (in grey at the bottom). Each tab covers a specific topic from the call logging tool - running from beginning to end of your sales planning.

#3: Please DO touch: Every tab is loaded with more analytics than you can see. Just click on any category in any graphic to dig deeper into the results. At the bottom of most pages is a "Detail / Breakout" section - to give you more granular data insights if you would like.

#4 See the big picture: If you want to expand any graphic to understand it more clearly, click on the "Focus Mode" box (top right corner of each graphic) to expand it).

#5 Feel free to hover: if you can't see or read any caption or data point, then just hover over it with your mouse and you will see the information pop out.

3. Your Client's Q3 (a recap of where your clients have been focused)

4. Digitisation (what that means to your client and where)

5. ESG (how they are dealing with ESG today)

6. Where is change happening? (functional areas of change today)

7. Which markets are in focus?

8. Follow up (your notes from your call logs - for your reference)

Market Insights Dashboard

Sales Insights Dashboard

There are 9 dashboards to choose from (using the tab number at the bottom):

1. Mobilisation overview (who is making the client calls and where)

2. Who is driving performance (by individual, team, product, etc.)

3. Who needs help most (by individual, team, product, etc.)

4. Outlook analysis (a deep dive into your pipeline's health)

5. Product view (where calls are turning into opportunities - per product)

6. Mobilisation view (heatmaps of where calls and opportunities are per region)

7. BAM dashboard (how are we doing for each BAM account)

8. Service dashboard (where are the service issues and who's suffering?)

9. Pipeline opportunities (all of the opportunities originated in this Agile)
